After retiring from Major League Baseball, Jayson Werth fell in love with thoroughbred racing through his beloved 2024 Belmont Stakes winner, Dornoch. Icon Racing exists to share that love — to take a sport long viewed as exclusive, complicated, and gated, and open it up to the people it's always belonged to: fans who feel something when those gates fly open.

One transparent capital commitment covers everything — purchases, training, vet, transport, insurance. We send weekly updates and quarterly financials. You enjoy the sport.
One Fee, Up Front
~60% of capital is targeted for horse purchases; ~40% covers the racing period's training and care. No surprise bills mid-season.
